As a practical matter, with the service outcome easy to verify, a customer who browses or purchases accepts these Terms and the related Refund, Shipping, Privacy, Payment, Contact, About, and FAQ provisions. Store use must be lawful, and information supplied for an order must be current and accurate.

To state the rule precisely, with service expectations set in advance, sales and delivery are limited to the United States. Standard shipping is free and tracked; processing is 1-2 business days, followed by an estimated 4-6 business days in carrier transit. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees.

In day-to-day application, with the customer action presented plainly, the customer return period is 30 days from delivery and includes exchanges and no-reason requests; approved return shipping is borne by the store whether the issue is preference or product quality. Refund posting takes about 5-10 business days after issuance. No-reason exclusions cover custom items, clearance or Final Sale items, gift cards, and opened intimate or hygiene-sensitive merchandise, not legally protected claims involving damage, defects, wrong items, or omissions.
